Annie will work her way through some tried and tested Christmas poultry recipes. For entree, main course or for buffets. Please note that Annie is NOT A COOKER OF turkey, so there will be no turkey recipes. Think chicken, duck quail. There will be some boning techniques, so if you want to go home and assemble a turducken.....

This class also features two classic Christmas desserts.

Held in the cooking school at Babbington Park in Lyonville, the class includes morning tea, demonstration class, garden and farm tour, lunch and wine.
