Christine Manfield is one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs - a curious cook and a perfectionist inspired by the culinary melting pot of global flavours. By popular demand, Christine, along with Julie Gibbs are joining forces for the final series of these dinner parties to pay tribute to one of their favourite food heroes, Claudia Roden. These intimate lunch and dinners will be held at du Fermier, in Trentham.
