By popular demand, Christine Manfield and Julie Gibbs are joining forces for the final series of these dinner parties to pay tribute to one of their favourite food heroes, Claudia Roden. These intimate lunch and dinners will be held at du Fermier, in Trentham.
Each menu will be made up of classic recipes – given a Manfield twist – from the seminal cookbooks of each writer. The dinner conversation will highlight their influence on the way we cook today. If you love a lively dinner and share a passion for books, please join us.
