Annie loves cooking pork for Christmas. Rolled loin or slow roasted shoulder with crackling, glazing of Christmas hams, terrines and other charcuterie items for buffets or entree. This class also features two classic Christmas desserts.

Held at Du Fermier in Trentham, the class includes morning tea, demonstration class, lunch and wine.
