Annie will work her way through some tried and tested Christmas poultry recipes suitable for entrees, main courses or for a buffet-style feast. Please note that Annie is NOT a cooker of turkey, so there will be no turkey recipes. Think chicken, duck and quail. This class also features two classic Christmas desserts.
