Vegetables and salads have stand-alone status in Annie’s mainly vegetarian household, and her recipes and tips will delight all, not just the vegetarians. Annie will work her way through some tried and tested Christmas poultry recipes suitable for entrees, main courses or for a buffet-style feast. Please note that Annie is NOT a cooker of turkey, so there will be no turkey recipes. Think chicken, duck and quail.
